you may want to also include some current bests in conditioning and strength exercises as well as your targets...what type of program you're doing for strength and conditioning...etc

good luck bro...

You probably should not list "Tone up" as one of your goals. This is grounds for flamage.

Unless your username is statisticool. Plenty of harassment going on there.

Let them flame away, this is for personal preference. I mean "Tone up" as get stronger, get better muscle tone, and better control.

Also I will be posting lifting logs, but as I'm not doing to be lifting until sometime next week, I'll leave that out.

For now here is some goals I want to set, without weights.
15x2 Switch Grip Chin Ups.
50x3 Push ups
8 Miles at 7-8 Minutes a Mile.

Feb 11, 08.

Weight:185LBS
Sleep: 7HRS, I was a little lazy today.
At home Workout: = 15 minute jog before work around 5:30am, 6 Rounds of the Bas Rutten MMA Workout right after work 3pm, 3x5 rounds on the heavy, working some all muay thai combinations.

NO-GI Jiu Jitsu Today: We started the class with a 5minute run hands high above the head, then 5minute jog puching, then 5 minute sprints. A pretty good warmup, then we stretched out and threw some combinations on the focus mitts. We practiced some techniques nothing special just a Kimorah from half guard, you basically walk to north south, keep your knee over his head tight to his chest, turn him to his side and take the Kimorah. Then they defended the kimorah, so we had to change to the armbar. We learned another counter, if they roll to their back while in the Kimorah, in the turtle position we get the one on one, and got the mirror hook in, then the other hook.

Fairly simple technique, there was alot of new faces.
When it got to rolling, I deffinately felt I accelled today. I caught a purple belt in a gogoplata from mount, I tapped a white belt with a "Eddie Bravo speciality" twister, and a blue belt with a armbar. I got tapped twice by the Same brown belt, various chokes. Just for the record I am a White belt with no stripes, I have been training for 4months. I don't have a wrestling backround, I do however have boxing backround, not that it helps me in jiu jitsu.

Muay Thai: MIA.....Lack of sleep.

Cool on that. It just seems that people are quick to jump on "tone up" because it is pretty vague.

Good job here. Sounds like you got some talent. I have none.

I always feel I have no talent though, everytime I get tapped I come home and pout, lol and preach to my girlfriend how I can get my game tighter, and better. lol
