Thanks. I'm not sure because I never max very often. Once in a while I'll do a heavy double or triple and then use the calculator.
If I were to give you a current estimation, my maxes would be the same as my goals in my first post. You'll notice that I want to perform them at 200lbs instead of 220 though. Also, my deadlift is strapped. I'm going to work grip throughout the year and try to eliminate that weakness. Otherwise, everything else is performed raw without a belt.

There was a guy offering a free kick boxing class for first timers at his club, so I went to that tonight. He wants $80.00 per month and I'll be training Tuesdays and Thursdays. I'll probably sign up.
We did some static, and then dynamic stretching (wrong order, if you're going to include static at all), then some warm ups like push ups, jumping jacks, sit ups, and neck ups. After that we drilled technique and learned some skills, which is what I came there to do. The class did basics (because I was there) like footwork and whatnot. The only real striking experience I've had is some muay thai in Thailand this summer, so I never really got my punching technique so good. I'll be happy to work boxing skills at this place.
Class was 1h30mins.
Now my skills schedule is looking like this
Monday - Off
Tuesday - Kick boxing
Wednesday - MMA
Thursday - Kick boxing
Friday - MMA
Saturday - Something
Sunday - Off
Mondays I will train at this kick boxing place or the MMA club whenever there is a holiday Monday. Otherwise I have college classes. Saturdays are still not figured out yet.

From the videos I've seen, Buakaw trains in some village in the middle of nowhere. I heard that he lives in the farthest edge of Isaan. I was training just outside of Chiang Mai. If anyone is interested in training in Chiang Mai, PM me and I will help you out. Please be serious about it though, not just daydreaming.
Now I'd like to go back to Thailand again, because I didn't make the most of my training. It wasn't really a "training" trip for me, even though I did a couple months of muay thai. I'm saving up for the summer of 09.

I'm just starting out again from a lay off so I wasn't doing anything before. I'll just write what I'm thinking of doing, but it's not set in stone:
Some type of weight lifting 2-3x per week, mostly 2x.
Skipping and sledgehammers, or sandbag intervals 2-3x per week.
If I did something like a sandbag carry then sprint, I would drop a day off weight lifting off there. There more skipping, sprinting, and sledgehammering I do without heavy sandbag lifting, the more conditioning I can get in. We'll see how my schedule ends up looking in the end--right now I'm just easing myself into the water.
There is also a heavy bag at my university gym. I want to include heavy bag conditioning workouts, depending on available time. I'm also trying to remember to do dynamic stretching daily, and tape up a home made agility ladder. At some point I'll have to find time to do grip workouts too...

If you can squat 350x5, I;d bet my left nut that you already have well over your 400 pound squat goal.
