Alright, I have had many logs for many reasons but this is the real shit. I am currently on a crash course for a possible fight (depends on how my start goes). It is scheduled for the end of February. I will be lifting for muscular endurance and pouring on the miles. My first running session is tonight. I may end up working out twice per day. I am currently to broke to pay for a gym but I feel I have all the resources I need:
High School wrestling kids and coaches (a bunch of nice big strong drill partners)
Heavy bag and maybe somebody to help me run drills
College wrestling club with BJJ dudes on it (will be integral to my success)
Plus, obviously a more than decent gym.
I will post up stats on weight and mental progress as I go. I have no idea what the guy wants me at for weight yet but I see no reason why I couldnt drop AT LEAST 20lbs with the amount of mileage I will be putting down.
My plan simply will be lifting/plyos on alternating days with running, both workouts will be approx 40-60 mins
