Fatty's Log of Consumables
Inspired by Bubbles, this is my attempt at a nutrition log. I’m not even quite sure what its purpose is meant to be. I guess I’m thinking that if I write it down for public viewing, it’ll urge me to cut out some of the bad stuff (mainly sugar) that I probably consume too much of. Also, I’ve never really analyzed what I take in during an average day, so this will serve to satisfy some of my own curiosities.
The following is pretty much the same every Monday through Friday unless I miss a training session for some reason.
General Use MRP Protein, sipped throughout day (~8:00 A.M.-5:00 P.M.)
20 g beef liver protein
25 g whey isolate
35 g milk protein isolate
35 g oat powder
5 g EFA powder
20 oz skim milk (20 g protein)
Pre/Peri-Workout
15 g Liquid Beef Aminos
20 g waxy maize starch
5 g creatine monohydrate
6 g beta alanine
1 g chocamine
Post-Workout
60 g waxy maize starch
20 g hydrolyzed whey
5 g glutamine peptides
5 g l-leucine
5 g BCAA
5 g creatine monohydrate
1-2 hours PWO
21 g whey isolate
3.5 g miscellar casein
5 g waxy maize starch
3.5 g l-leucine
1.75 g glutamine
Other Supplements
3 g krill oil
6-9 g fish oil
0.5 oz. equine joint formula
3/4 tsp cissus w/ 3 children’s chewables (750 mg vitamin C), 3 times/day
3 mg melatonin, pre-bed
So, not counting any meals, my protein intake baseline (including aminos) is about 176 grams/day.
