Fox's training log

I still train after school, but not as much as I want to. Once I really start hitting up the gym again, I'll begin to spar about two or three times a week. More than anything, this log will be videos of sparring. One thing I really need from this log, more than anything, is criticism. Positive, negative, whatever. Tell me what I'm doing wrong, and what I can do to fix it.

...and this is where we begin.

Like I said, I been takin' time off. I'll start with 3 miles daily, followed by my boxing routine, with is composed of:

*Jump rope - 12 minutes
*Shadowboxing/Footwork drills - 3 rounds each
*Heavy Bag (ranged)- 2 rounds
*Heavy bag (in pocket)- 2 rounds
*Double end/speed bag - 2 rounds each
*Defense/Offense or Light Spar - 2 to 4 rounds

Also, I'm starting to lift a little bit more-- I'm 6'3, but fighting at 140, my hooks and uppercuts lack in power. However, I'm still working out the kinks.

I touch myself to Manny Pacquiao... I should never bet against Quickdraw, ever, ever, ever.

Sig bet record 0-1

6'3 fighting at 140? What do you walk around at man? I'd say if you got serious about lifting (ie setting up a program and a weightgaining diet) you would see very dramatic improvements in power very quickly. I don't know if you're training for MMA but bulking up your legs would really help out your wrestling and kickboxing.

I have a friend with your name. I don't think it's you.
