Yeah, I didn't. I'm not going to bother writing in all the little shoulder movements I did before and after.

December Conditioning Challenge

16:56.

Done outside, so slippery conditions were a factor. All in all I'm unhappy with the time.

December 7, 2007

Wasn't feeling up to my normal front squat workout, so I dicked around in the gym doing various chinup variations for shits and giggles.

Then I went nuts and decided to do some GC

Tabata sprints (treadmill on 2% incline)

If you are getting back into it, I suggest picking up the new Ross CD Full Throttle Conditioning. Not only did I learn that Enemait is pronounced "En-a-mite", but it gave me a lot of new, good ideas.
