I would do at least 1 high rep to failure (8-15) set after your ME stuff...esp for upper body...

I will be. I'm going to try that whacky overhead pressing routine you concocted next week. I'll have one vertical pressing, one horizontal pressing day. The latter will consist of ME followed by at least one high rep failure sets

Deadlift
Warmup

430x2

Tough, but not too bad

Speed Deadlift
Was supposed to be 355, but that moved waaaaaay too slowly. So I kept it at 330

330x3x8 w/ 90 sec rest between sets

Circuit
Stiff-leg deadlift: 8 reps (135)
Bent over row: 8 reps (135)
Underhand lat pulldown: 8 reps (140)
Arched back good morning: 8 reps (115)

I just have selective caring.

I haven't trained often lately for various reasons. I've been feeling really "off" lately. Not sure why.

Very very soon I'll get to hit the gym 3 times a week for strength and do some form of conditioning 3 times a week as well. Hopefully that starts next week
