I'm taking a few days off because I fucked something up in my groin from that 405 squat. I've also just been feeling really drained lately.

When I come back, I'm starting the Coan/Phillip DL cycle for the hell of it. I know one thing from seeing other people do it, keep the weight on the assistance lifts LOW.

Any other advice from those that have done it would be awesome.

I'm going to the 225 Push Press tonight. Using the last of the RPM w/ some Ephedrine and some type of fish paralyzewr I stole from a veterinarian.
