I'm not afraid of dropping the bar when I get heavy. I just lose it mentally and it just doesn't work. That's actually the reason I'm doing high pulls and oh squats.

High pulls to get me used to much heavier weights, oh squats to strengthen my back and get me used to catching the bar lower.

I don't think I have done a full snatch with over 65kg. I always power snatch above that weight, I don't have the balls to drop.

My PR snatch of 90kgs is a pure power snatch. I barely drop. I know I can physically toss more weight than that up, but I need to drop under it a bit more to really catch it properly. I'm slowly getting used to dropping down all the way. OH Squats kick my ass.

Besides, I want to be able to do my BW x 15

I came for the up skirt. I was not totally disappointed. I am expecting better.
