It was video taped on my buddy's camera. He's tech-tarded and fucked it up, not recording in the process. I'm going to buy my own fucking camera and film a repeat in a week or two. I used my Inzer lever belt on the walkout and the PR

The Bill Starr 5x5. Started with 205x5 a month ago. going up by 5lbs every week. Something went terribly wrong with my bench in the past 6 months, hopefully this will correct it. So far it's feeling great

No change. Just on the sticking point, I get black spots in my vision, and I usually finish the rep blind.
