Nice o-lifting. One thing I used to do a lot for clean and jerks, is make it a clean and 1jerk, where you only do the full clean and jerk on the first rep, and then the rest of the set is just the clean. Helps a lot on high volume weeks.

Yeah, I also suck at jerks. And I can't press as much as I'm cleaning. So I may have to toss in some extra pressing work. Or I just don't do much pressing for 5 weeks.

True 1RM Day. Last day of first week

Snatch
50x2, 60x1, 70x1, 75x.....0, then 1. My grip was just off the first time. 75 was eeeeaaasy.

C+...J, unless otherwise noted.
85x2, 95x1, 105x1 (no jerk), 110x......0....0.....0..........1!!!!

110 was ugly ugly ugly, but I got it. I'm trying for 115 in a few weeks. Hoping to video tape it for the church.

Front Squat
105x2, 115x1, 125x1, 135x0,0,0. Too tired by this point.

Week 2 (B), Day 1

Snatch
50/2, 60, 70(3), 60/2, 65, 75(2)

Ack, that's a lot of volume. Last two sets were ugly because of the slightly higher weight. But it was mostly from fatigue.

C+J (unless otherwise noted, cuz I suck)
85/2, 95, 105(3) No jerk from here on, I suck, 95/2, 100, 110(2)

Front Squat
105(3), 90x2x2

Squats were waaaaay too easy. But after that much volume with the Oly lifts, I didn't care.
