Weight: 200-205

Personal Records

Deadlift: 475

Squat: 405

Bench: 245 (Was 275 at one point, but I can't seem to break 245 now)

Front Squat: 295
Power Clean: 125kgs
Clean and Jerk: 120kgs
Power Snatch: 90kgs
Push Press: 225
Strict OHP: 165

Increased power for the Highland Games. Increased conditioning for Rugby. Increased Strength over all. I also want to get my sprint speed to what I consider a decent level.

I was never very good at updating my old log. I'll do my best to keep this one more up to date.

If you're going for 405 squat...then I'd try walk out wit at least 455 and probably more like 495-545....(I have done walks outs with up to 585 and my squat max all time was around 430)
