Conditioning:
Rd 1:
10 deep step as if for a shot, pick partner up (about a 240 lber for me) run across the gym, put him down, do 25 pushups, pick him back up and carry him back to the start line
Rd 2: the same, but add in 25 bodyweight squats after the pushups
Rd 3: the same, add in 25 sit ups. Also, I switched out a carried the 290 lbs coach.

Stations:
Continuous exercise w/ partner at all stations, 2 min stations w/ one min. rest.
Station 1: Overhead plate carry (45lbs) up and down the stairs
Station 2: Medicine Ball (25lbs) pass and pushup
Station 3: Power-Overs
Station 4: Sit up -1-2's
Station 5: Halos (45lbs)
Station 6: Curls (didn't check weight. I think 50lbs)

Body Conditioning:
25 punches
25 punches
50 punches
50 punches

MMA Fight Team stuff after that.
Tamil did some more as well.

Impressions:
Gee Golly, I'm glad I did my upperbody conditoning yesterday! In no way did all that shit affect me tonight. No siree.

We were pummeling in the clinch, and had wrist control on his right wrist. He ducked in for a shot and hooked a leg. I maintained wrist control and jumped, threw my leg over, and landed in an omplata with him tapping as soon as we hit.
You know, simple shit.

You can't begin to understand how happy I am right now.

How are your hands shaping up lately?

Well, my close game/ clinch work is getting better. I got a bit too brawlerish in my last fight dealing with the guy's height/ reach.
