Tues (AM)
Density Training:

Sledgehammer Swings (16lbs hammer)
450 in 10 minutes. Not sure if thats a PR or not.

Impressions:
Did pretty well this morning, especially after a night with Vitamin V.
Current weight: 233 lbs. Needs to be about 215 or so by Aug. 21.

No real set pattern, other than the first 100 was 25 per side.

MMA Skill Training/ Conditioning

Bas Rutten All Around Fighting CD

3 three min rounds, 1 min rest (two of those on a really shitty Wavemaster heavybag, last one was shadowboxing out of frustration)

Speedbag
3 three min rounds,

5 mile interval cycling
2 min on level 3
2 min on level 5
2 min on level 7
1 min level 3
1 min level 5
1 min balls to the wall
repeat
Total time: 15:30ish + 2 1/2 min cooldown

Impressions:
Damn that wavemaster sucks. It refuses to stay at the right height, so I was fighting a 5'8 guy at most. I ended up shadowboxing instead, and utilized the mirrors.
Speedbag was fun. Never really played around w/ one before. Stuck to really basic rhythms and just worked on getting the speed up.
