One more day of training, and then blissful rest before the fight.
I hate the last two weeks before a fight.

MMA:
Rolling, Sparring, etc. A new guy (ammy fighter our school won over from a local school) with decent BJJ and okay MT showed up.

Sun:
Cardio:
10 min Interval cycling
10 min constant rate (fat burning range, 125 hr) eliptical
5 min, shadowboxing/ speed bag
5 rds, tabata cable rowing

Mon:
MMA Fight Team
Warm Up
Shadowboxing, 10 min
Sit. rolling:
2 min rounds, 1 min rest,
Arm-in guillotine x 6 rounds
body-lock TD x 6 rounds

Sparring:
2 min rounds, 30 seconds rest x 3 rnds.

Impressions:
I'm doing pretty well against blue belts. Had a couple of visitors from other fight teams this week. Got complimnented on strength, ability to regain gaurd, and low kicks.
