Also, the only name I can think for you is "Bezercher".

Usually I'm pretty good with that sort of thing.
Uh oh, what'd I do now?

BOR/ Catch Row complex
115 x 5
185 x 5/ 50 x 6
205 x 5/ 50 x 6
225 x 5/ 50 x 6

Rack Pulls:
225 x 3
315 x 3
405 x 3
455 x 1
505 x 1/ felt my stitches stretching so I called it at this.

Slam Ball medley:
5 minutes of more or less going crazy w/ a 20lbs medicine ball rolled up in a towel like a giant billiard ball. Slammed it against the tire, my sandbag, two handed, one handed, swings, side to side, etc.

Impressions:
Not a bad night. Wish I could do more but my stitches were starting to let me know that 5 days isnt really enough time to heal from an incision. Anyway, I made the most out of it.
Very happy w/ my performance on the DB snatches. Switched up the rep scheme to 30/30/5/5/5/5/3...
God damn you're a beast....

Been doing lots of stuff.
Some highlights:

Did a double under on the jump rope. Not much, I know, but I was excited. I think all the box jumps have helped me achieve this.

Firetending/ Stonework

*sigh* running.

Double under? HEh, at first I was thinking Double Unders, like clinch work... WTF.

Might not seem like much, but a lot of bigger guys can;t do them. At the new place here, most people can barely skip more than 5 hops before getting tripped up.

If you wanna progress try going Double, Single, Double, Single etc.

I was looking for your log, ya know, ... but couldn't find it.
