thanks Merrill, I need to come up w/ a way to piece the movements together. if I had bumper plates, I'd try some high pulls..

but yeah, I was definitely disappointed to see my elbows were bent again.

worked on keeping my lower back from rounding and ended up getting less depth than I'd like... but still, first time I got 300 for reps.

You get a little pelvis tilt at the bottom. I am getting the same thing. My flexibility sucks.

yeah, it does suck. takes away from the hamstring stretch. my back rounds and that pelvis tilts, makes it tough to go low.

notes: the front squat video has terrible form. it was a surprise to me that I got it. all the chat on the front page was making me wonder what I could get. so...yeah, next time I try a "heavy" front squat, it will be much improved.
