OHP - 185 is a max effort. my top sets here are push presses from here on out. my 3rd sets will probably follow suit in week 8. if at some point I stall on the push presses, I'll reset back a few weeks.

I put them back. my squats are generally better, need to set the pins a bit lower as I kept clanking them.

...but my cleans are just horrible for sure.

Squat and bench form look good. It looks like you are still starting with bent elbows on the cleans. I think maybe you should be over the bar more. You sit back pretty far. Catch looks really good.
