Squats 1x5x225, 255, 275, 1x1x315, 1x0x325
Power Cleans 2x5x135, 1x5x155, 2x5x175, (tried 205 5x and succeeded once)
OHP 2x5x135, 2x4x155, 1x2x165
Push Press 1x5x175, 1x0x205 (actually tried it three times and failed each attempt)
Face Pulls 3x10x100
Lat Pulldowns 1x10x145, 135, 135

trying to clean up my form w/ power cleans and catch in the full squat position (as opposed to the nearly standing up position). so...I did a full front squat after each catch. helped w/ learning the form & exhausted me.

I think that I could've gotten 325 but I paused in the hole. also before I squatted, I'd just finished running a mile on the tread which I think may have taken some wind out of the sails.

Deads 1x5x315, 1x1x405, 1x1x420 (5# PR), 1x0x420, 3x0x405, 4x5x315
BB Bench 1x5x205, 215, 225, 235 (clustered 235 3+2), 1x1x245, 255
Low Row 5x5x190
Chins 1x2xbw
Lat Pulldowns 1x10x135

I think the deads fatigued my back, because I could not get anything on the chins or pulldowns at all.

Power Clean + Push Press 1x5x205
Pendlay Rows 1x5x225 (wimped out and left)

feel free to rip my form or give pointers; that's the reason I posted it. I'm not sensitive.

When you initiate the lift there is slack in your elbows. There should not be.

You are not generating enough power. You should come up onto your toes or your feet should leave the ground. Hard to see if you are shrugging.

Get your elbows forward during the rack. You are supporting the weight with your arms/wrists when your elbows are down.

EDIT: I am not the best critiquer for the Oly lifts but these things are blatantly obvious to me. Improve these elements of the lift and post another video. Better opinions could be had from take or meatplow.

my arms were definitely bent at the beginning of the rep.

for some reason the second part of the pull eludes me. posted this on another board and was told the practicing hang cleans might help w/ learning the jump/shrug movement.

appreciate the feedback Merril.

started a 5x5 today http://www.geocities.com/elitemadcow...Linear_5x5.htm

Squat 1x5x130, 165, 200, 230, 265
Bench 1x5x105, 130, 155, 180, 210
Clean 1x5x85, 105, 130, 150, 170

will be substituting cleans for rows & OHP's for inclines.

did hang cleans instead of cleans tonight for some form practice.

Squat 1x5x135, 170, 200, 200
OHP 1x5x102, 122, 147, 162 (last rep w/ 162 was a push press)
Deadlift 1x5x215, 260, 303, 345

assistance - 3x10xbw inclined situps

my OHP bar weighs 17 pounds, so the weights are funny. and yeah, I really do have a 3lb plate (wired it to the middle of the bar for deads)
