got it in over lunch hour. still had time to shower and stop at subway. I love living in a small town!

I didn't lift much at all for 6 weeks. Have done a good job keeping up on the drinking though. Lost 15lbs during that same period and earned a bigger belly. woot! pretty sure I can still pull 465 and will definitely set a decent PR by Spring.

I'll lift twice again next week and then jump back on a program. thanks for picking me up Chaos.
