I'm not sure still, I'm going back to school full time this semester, so I won't know until it gets a good amount closer.

Where is your bench at? I've been trying to get my bench and squat up, both to no avail so far

i benched maybe a month ago and got 215 and felt like i could get 225....lol. im concentrating on pressing movements for a few more weeks.

I did 235 with a pause last week and it went up pretty easy. You can pick the race.

There's been a few occasions where I planned to focus on bench for a while, but I get bored of it after a week. I dont know why, but I HATE benching.

misses, want to cancel our "race". lol.

lets do a 205 ohp and then a 225ohp. it usually takes a while to gain on pressing.

Me too, mainly becaise I suck terribly at it. I actually want to see my big 3 total in the 1150 area though, and then I'll be very happy.
