Yea, the stones are labeled. I may be trying an axle C&P, I've been wanting to try that but haven't yet.

And Greg, if you're not going to come down to World's and you're still training at your house let me know if you guys wouldn't mind having me come down there. I need to really start getting techniques and things down, because Kenny isn;t helping me like I thought he would.

Thursday 3/27 Interval Training
100m sprints x 10
1 minute rest in between sprints. I was supposed to do 5 50m sprints as well, but it started raining pretty hard between the 9th and 10th sprint. I'm already getting sick, so I decided to scrap the 50m sprints and call it a day.
On a better note, I'm down to 236.8 again today, and I just finished the seasoned beef with zucchinis and tomatoes. It was fucking delicious and I have some to bring to work later. Has any one tried Berardi's chili recipe from GM1, I'm thinking of making it Saturday.

I more or less eat that every Saturday, without the cashew meal. It's pretty good.

It says it makes 10 servings, too, which will be good for me since I could grab it if I'm on the go. I'll pick some stuff up after work tonight hopefully.

Friday 3/28 Strength Day
I'm not lifting today because I'm lifting and doing events training with Greg tomorrow. I was going to do some light things today but couldn't muster the energy to go just for some light lifts, so decided against it. Tomorrow will hopefully be balls to the wall.
Greg, 1pm at World Gym, how many guys will you be with?

LOL alright man, I'm like 6'4 so I'll be hard to miss. I kind of know what you look like from your pictures in your log, so I'll find you.

Saturday 3/29 Strength and events day
Deadlift
135x5
225x5
315x3
365x3
405x0 (wtf?!?!)
405x1 (at this point, Greg informed me that I don't grip the bar evenly. I put my right hand out a good amount more than my left hand, and I've never noticed this. Could be why my pulls suck so bad, especially as of late)
365x3 (focused on keeping everything even, I don't know when this all started, but it had to be a while ago.)
Medley
450lb yoke x 50ft, 220lb farmer's walk, each hand x 50ft, 5 tire flips (600-625lb tire)
Time= 1:13s. I definitely did better than I thought I would, and everything at this point was burning and my chest felt like it was going to collapse.
Atlas Stones
Loaded the 110lb a few times as a warm up, then the 160lb once, did the 230lb easily, so they convinced me try the 260lb stone and that went up pretty easily as well. TRIED the 320lb stone and I could barely break it off the floor. It just wasn't happening and I accepted it, no problems there.
Good day today, Greg and his fiends are cool guys so hopefully we can train together from time to time. On Monday I'll start my II program that I modified again, I'm doing MWF strength/events and TTH will rotate between GPP, interval sprints and a Warrior Challenge.
I also talked to and trained with an old coach of mine from HS, he was really trying to convince me to get in a contest ASAP, so I'm going to look in to it probably tonight. What is the website again, I completely forgot it (it's the one Blondie sent me, which probably will only help Blondie if she reads this)
