Thanks, man. I think I could have gotten up 350, but that's for another day.

fight back more on ssb with your head/upper body but really pretty good man. you could probably reach back a bit more with your hips but meh,.
we could have a ssb squat race. you are stronger than me it looks like.

Thanks Zero. And what is your current max on the SSB, I think it's weirc if I'm squatting more than you on there, because your regular squat is like 75 or 100 lbs higher than mine probably lol.
And yea, hopefully my Inzer will be here within a week or so. With every step I took that was all I was thinking because I had to work for the bar not to fold me up like an accordion lol.

What's your current regular bar squat PR? Mine was 335, so I definitely think I need to max out soon, I haven't done it in a while because my squat has felt uncomfortable for some reason. It felt good yesterday though.
The straight bar squat should be higher than the SSB right?

current? not sure. best was 425 dec 31st. then i started doing oly stuff and the highest i went up in back squat was 275 or 295 i think. and that was hard. then i hurt my wrist and cant do back squats.
yes, straight bar should be higher than SSB. i was pretty sad i didnt get 385 last week on ssb because i was thinking if i at least got 385 then i was still somewhat close to the 400's on a regular bar squat.

425, nice man. I want to hit a 405 straight bar by June, depending on my what current max is now. I'll probably test it next week, I think I'll definitely be able to hit 365, and POSSIBLY 385. I started PL below parallel squats again, instead of ATG. My ATG and below paralle is so close to each other though, I think it might have to do with me being so tall, but I'm not sure.

Wednesday 3/26 GPP #5
GPP
Burpees x 30 seconds
Shadow Boxing x 30 seconds
Burpees x 30 seconds
Shadow Boxing x 30 seconds
1 minute rest in between rounds. Repeated 4 times. My legs were sore as hell from squats and yokes yesterday, so I couldn't get the 6 rounds I wanted. Nothing too crazy today, just getting the blood flowing.
One thing I need to remember to start doing is to keep up with my supplements, mainly creatine and BA before I work out. *makes mental note*

We're like 99% going. Probably four of us, around 12:30-1:00. What is it, like 10 bucks a person for the day?

To be honest I'm not even sure. I think so, I remember reading that in the thread over at Marunde Muscle. I actually had to switch work days so I'm Saturday, so I won't be restricted on time. What events will you guys be training?
