Tuesday 3/25 Strength Day

SSB Squats
BWx10
65x10
155x5
245x5
265x3
295x2
335x1 (matches old PR on the regular bar I think, which means I think I'm maxing out again soon on the regular squats)

SSB Good Mornings
65x5
115x5
155x5x2

Hammer curls
30x12 (each arm)
35x12 (each arm)
40x12 (each arm)

Atlas Stone loads
110x5
160x5
Didn't do much today because the stones were kind of wet and they kept slipping. I'm not sure what they were wet from though.

Yoke walks (is this the proper term?)
85x50ft (empty yoke)
265x50ft
445x45ft
445x50ft
These are all estimates on the distance, but it was about 30 of MY feet (and I wear a size 15 so I'm assuming about 50ft.)

Finished. I have videos of the last two sets of squats and the last two yokes walks. I'll upload them soon.

And Greg, the guy Kenny said he'll be there on Saturday almost all day. He said to just let him know when we're coming down and he'll be there to open everything up.

Thanks Enright, I appreciate it. The videos are loading now, they should be up in a few minutes. My squats don't look that deep for some reason, I think it has to do with my sweatpants, because I was going below parallel, I need to squat in shorts more now that it's getting warmer.
