How difficult is it working with the stones?

I haven't done any crazy weight yet, but it doesn't seem too difficult. I like it a lot, I just need to see how I'll handle heavier weights. Stones and the tire were fun, although the tire beat my ass into cookie dough.

Wednesday 3/12 GPP #3

Rounds one and three, each exercise performed for 30 seconds
Burpees
Jumping Jacks
Split Jumps
Burpees
Jumping Jacks
Bodyweight Squats

Rounds two and four, each exercise performed for 30 seconds
Burpees
Jumping Jacks
Split Jumps
Burpees
Jumping Jacks
Push ups

1 minute rest between rounds. I completed all 4 rounds this time around, and really only started to get noticeably winded towards the end of the 3rd round. The burpees were even more of a bitch today since my forearms are so sore from the stones and tire flips from yesterday. Good workout today.

You think GPP sessions are going to be easy until you get about 3-4 minutes into it.

Ooooh, I've learned to never doubt a GPP session. I mean, when I looked at Monday's density day for example, I wanted to throw up right there. It seemed horrible. The GPP sessions I tell myself how horrible they are so I don't go in to it thinking it will be easy, which, I won't lie, I did last week. Definitely not a good move.

Did you figure out how you were going to work your II routine, missus?

That's not bad at all. Now that I read that, I really should add levering in on some of my days. Maybe even tomorrow would be good after my interval running.

Levering is absolutely great stuff. One of my favorite lower arm training tools.

Definitely. When I first started I could barely lever half the hammer towards my face. Now I could rep it towards my face holding it from the bottom. The hardest one for me is rotating your wrist from left to right, in a semi circle motion. That fucking kills.
