My lifts are going up faster and the lower volume makes it easier to do more conditioning. So yes, I think it's better.

Thursday 11/5 Couch to 5k

At least 20 minutes of stretching, foam rolling and baseball rolling.

Treadmill
5 minute walk. 20 minutes of 90s jog, 120s walk. Zero calf/shin pain at all.

Hip Abductor machine
Whatever x whatever

The abductor felt pretty decent on my hip, which has been feeling a little better the past few days.

Nice. I've also gotten past the shin pain. I've now moved on to stomach cramps.

Friday 11/6

Stretching, foam rolling, rolling on a baseball and banded stuff for my shoulders. I feel 100x better now and am hopefully ready to kill squats tomorrow, as long as my hip holds up.

This morning it has been hurting so I hope by tomorrow it will be alright.

Hanging Leg Raises (knees to chest)

Bad day squatting, my form was horrible, I'm really not sure what happened. HLRs were much, much easier.

I thought about going for a run after but said screw it. I MIGHT go later, but probably not.
