It was with 20 reps man. I haven't done 20 reppers in a LONG time, I had to go extremely light. The next 2 days were not fun in any way shape or form though, let me tell you.

Fenn is definitely not weak of heart to do 5 sets of 20 rep squats...however are you doing the standard 1 set 20 rep program? the program i am thinking takes a working set of 10 and with rest/pause you hit 20..so just 1 set....and you do it 3 times a week....not sure..

it's hard to judge for anything concrete...the video was darker than finnegans dungeon pitch black videos...LOL....

I know, I lit up my basement as good as I could, and on my camera it was pretty light and when it went on the computer it just turned nearly black lol.
I'll post another video tomorrow of the same thing, try to get my feet in the shot and it'll be lighter by default lol.
One thing I never understood was the 'elbow tuck'. I try to do what I thought it meant, like I did in the video, and it seems to generate no power what so ever.

Nah I just wanted to switch it up a little. I was doing 5x5 with squats for 2 months straight and decided to try out 20 reps. I haven't done them since, and I probably won't do them again for another few weeks.

Devil I filmed another video today and it came out real dark. I'm going to film it tomorrow at the gym where it will be nice and lit up, so figure around this time tomorrow, probably a little earlier.
I lit up everything I could in my basement to, I'm so pissed lol

bench press with good lighting
http://youtube.com/watch?v=eXtdyOq5p6U
decided to check squat form while I was at it. Wasn't great, my hips came up too fast which I usually don't do.
Critiques please!

Get a longer shirt.
Try to position yourself higher on your traps/neck when you bench. Pull your feet towards your shoulders, but keep them strong on the ground. Tense up your legs, your glutes, and you chest and push like a motherfucker.
And better music will add lbs to all your lifts.

Few thing to work on:
-position higher on the bench....top of my head is slightly off the bench. I literally have the edge of the bench pressing into the back of my head. Dont know if u want to go that far back but you definitely want to be more far back. Hard to see how long the bench is through the supports but i could swear there was quite a bit room left.
-Spread your lats as much as possible, bring your shoulder blades more together and dig them into the bench...rise up on them/traps as much as you can....
-bring butt as close to your shoulder blades as u can....this will help get a big arch.....You can try spreading your legs out a bit more....i would also turn your feet out 45 degrees as u would on the squat...this will also help with flexibility of the groin/butt to get a better arch...
-cant see where u grab the bar but try to have middle finger on the outer ring....try to crush the bar into granules when you're grasping it.......try to bend the bar towards the outer edges as you're crushing it...
-squeeze glutes as hard as u can while you're benching...
