You should be fine. I generally find the bench %'s to be a little low, so using a touch and go max and the pausing in training should do you right.

Sweetness, I'm not as sore as I thought I'd be today either. My friend I worked out with (he didn't finish 4 sets of bench, 3 sets of squats and used just the bar for GMs) could barely walk today. I found it comical.

You're not doing that are you, Greg?

Nah, I'm not doing it. I only know about it because the infamous Diesel Weasel is doing it. The gym that it is being held at is pretty cool. Dunk actually signed up for a membership there a couple weeks ago.

The Weasel? Do you talk to him?

That's a good find, does this gym have a website and is it a PL or strongman or just homo gym?

I talk to him periodically. I actually went to train with elliot storey and a couple guys in hempstead like a year and a half ago, and DW trained with us as well.

I think the website is Personal Training NY, NY, Personal Training Long Island, Powerlifting New York, Powerlifting NY, Powerlifting Long Island, Strength Training New York, NY, Everyday Fitness, New York, Rehabillitation New York It's a powerlifting gym, and they have a boxing ring. It's really small, but they have everything you'd need (a variety of bars, bands, chains, boards, GHR, etc etc.)

I wish I had a gym like that. I love Bally's so much . That gym makes me want to commit suicide, in all honesty.

Dang that is pretty light. The sandbag will be fun to train for. I need more sand
