Much cleaner and better thought out. I do a lot of precooking now i.e. cook 10 chicken breasts at a time, so I always have good quality food handy.
Example day:
1/2 cup Cracked wheat cereal
8 egg whites
Piece of fruit
Fish oil
Snack:
Muscle milk
piece of fruit
Lunch:
Tuna sandwiches (two cans of tuna, four slices of whole wheat flax bread, 2 tbsp mayo)
2-3 servings veggies
Second snack:
Piece of fruit
Something containing protein
pre-WO:
whole what pasta or some other decent carb source
banana
post WO:
whey isolate w/waxy maize
Dinner:
Steak, lots of it
2-3 servings of veggies
Before bed:
1 cup low fat cottage cheese
Fish oil
Allowing myself 5 cheat meals per week.
