Thank you very much I appreciate the input, but I have another question for you now:

What about failing and bailing? Do you use straps for heavy weight?

Fatty and Flak. I'll do some Zerchers next squat day (Mon or Tues).

today from mah log:

Woke up this AM and had DOMS in my obliques. Or at least where I've been told where obliques are on skinny people. I know exactly where it's from too: the OH Squats, I felt it while doing the exercise, but I don't have DOMS in my hips or quads.

freeman you just dump the weight same way as you would normally...I have done this without problems inside a squat rack...usually u can just let go...

I will not dispute your prediction -- it's about time you passed my kitten-like squat. Actually, I doubt I could hit 475 right now, so I'd say our tie has already been broken.
