2006-04-28 1.5 hour standup striking
Had almost a week of rest. The last few months I have had lot of shit that has been bothering me, naging and fucking with me in the back of my head, with the rest of my life un-organised it has been limiting my training, my focus and drive, my sleeping and my eating. But im in the process of turning shit around right now, its time to kick some ass!!!
Back in training. Back to kick ass. Fucking great!
Today: Warmup - light conditioning - a few rounds of shadow boxing and shadow clinching+knees - greco-pummeling (hard pace-hard pummeling)
Then we had 2 pads stations - 1 sparring station (1 round boxing - 1 round thai) - 1 ground n pound station
Did 2, 3 minute rounds at each and then we rotated. Rested 1 minute between rounds.
Tried to have a high pace and really give it all.
I went hard at it today, but at one point in hiting the pads I felt like I almost would puke. At some points today I questioned at which level my conditioning is at. Definitively something I have to look into deeper, my style of bulldog fighting requires that I am a cardio machine, going forward 1-2-hook to body-legkick - repeat, and always trying to go forward, thats my style.... Im not a techician...;)

Otherwise it feelt good... Felt my game was -on- today... And it better fucking be when I only had been resting for 6 days!
