Been a little bit since I posted. I didn't miss workouts, just got too busy to sign on. Here are lifts for both Day 2 & Day 3

Hanging Leg lift abs and some ball crunches
Notes: Day 2 I was feeling amazing. I can add some additional weight to pretty much every lift. I will be trying to get a weight belt for coming week. Day 3 I was a little tired for the squats, but manned-up for the bench. Then just felt like putting some abs in.
Vids: I promised form vids on my last post, and that didn't happen. I am sorry, my partner for this week wouldn't let me use his phone camera for that. I will have them this week.

Weight----about 170lbs, it has been two weeks since I weighed myself
