Everytime i poop my weights go up 10lbs
Just starting out...I am a fucking skinny bastard
Current PR's:
Incline Bench- 5X155lbs
Dead-5X245lbs
Current workout is as follows:
Day One:
Squat 5X5
Bench Press 5X5
BOR 5X5
Day Two:
Straight Bar Dead 5X3
SOHP 5X5
Chin-ups5X7
Day Three:
Squat 4X5
Bench Press 4X5
DB Shrugs 4X8-12
Work up to max rep scheme on all. Shrugs are heavy full time.
