Umm, hi. I've been reading the s&p forums and conditioning forums here for a while. Decided that starting a log will be helpfull to motivate me.

I'm a rookie firefighter and a frequent grappler
I'm fairly new to weight lifting and still seeing good gains from bodyweight excersises.
Id like to trim the waistline a bit, I'm losing some ground in that area.
Id like to be stronger, my lifts are not very impressive.
Bench is at 225x6
Squat 225x10
Deadlift 315x3
My squat form needs work, I'm not comfortable with more weight on my back, I get sharp pain in the lower back.
I'm going to use this log to keep track of cardio, lifting and grappling.
