A little about myself
2 weeks before week 1 my stats were:

Weight 195
Height 6'0.25"
Dunno my max'es etc because I don't have a power rack (I may get a power rack).

March 19th, 3 years ago I suffered a compression fracture on my T1, T2, T4 and T5 vertbrea which caused well being bed ridden for 2 months.. and I lost a TON of weight (and the little strength I had at the time).

About 2 years ago, I decided I wanted to start working out (I weighed 165) and really started to hit the weights (which at the time was max bench of 125) LOL. I kept working out but never pyscho into it.

I decided to do a PH cycle, and kept holding it off because 1, I didn't have my diet in line, and 2 I had a drinking problem :p. I was going to start the cycle at the beg of dec. but got into a fight at a bar and broke my right knuckle on some dudes jaw



So I was able to start lifting again about midway through Janurary, and decided that I was finally going to start my cycle, so here I am.. (The 1.5 months off of no working out due to the broken knuckle fucked my strength up).

So there you are, a little histroy of me.

Woke up: 6:11 (Feeling Good)

6:30AM - 1cp Milk
7AM - Bananna
7:30AM - 1 Cup Oatmeal, 3 Egg Whites, 100mg 1-AD
10:30AM - 2scp Shk, 400mgMT, 2 12 Grain Toast w/ Ctg Chs
12:15PM - Had 4 Chk Breast, dropped 2 no the floor, only ate 2, Scored Protein Bar
12:30PM - Orange (had to wash hands.. majorly juicy)
1:45PM - 1cp plfy, 2scp Shk, 100mg 1-AD
3:30PM - 1cp ctg chs
5:10PM - 1cp mlk, 5mg L-Glutamine, 300mg 4-AD
5:45 - 6:30PM Workout Chest Felt Great
7:45PM - 1Box Mac and Chs w/ 1Can Hot Hormel Chilli, 100mg 1-AD
Weighed 204.8
Fell asleep 11:15

10:45PM Sleep

Note: Workout was good, nothing super spectacular since I had to do it late (Valentines day). Had quite a bit of cardio between 9:15 and 10:45.. If you know what I mean..

Note:Workout was great.. Just restarted diong back due to sports injury a few years ago that left me with a compression fracture on 4 vertbrea and gave me 2 rods that go across 7 vertbrea and 8 bolts in my back. Did deadlifts, Barbell bent over rows, Shrugs for Traps.. wanted to do more, but want to let my back adjust first, don't want the rods to get shifted out of place..

PH Notes: No sides at all, only 3rd day, don't expect to feel gains or sides for another 3 - 4 days.. Can't wait for it to kick in, because right now I already feel good.. w00t

Diet Note: Considered changing diet a bit, will make grocery list this weekend and "reshop", also bought some dex for energy / carbs.. will try to make diet a cleaner / more calorie bulk..

I have the rest.. but i've had a tough fucking day and don't feel like typing it right now, I have it on my written log..

Not the best day for my diet, but my Workout was AWESOME.. Did shoulders, and boy did it feel good. My lower back is a little sore, I am guessing it is from the DL's yesterday.. I don't like the feeling.. kinda freaking me out..

Day 5 Feb 17th

Another bad start to the day.. not because of sides or anything, but because of work.
Woke 6AM
Weighed 205
8AM Potato, 2 Egg Whites, 2 Full Eggs, 2 White Toast , 3 Tbsp Peanut Butter, 2Tbspn Ketchup, 100mg 1-AD

Drive home took an hour and a half.. for 23 miles.. STUPID traffic.. i got owned there.
Got home.. took a quick nap.. had to go out to dinner for fiancee's birthday..
6:30PM 8oz Glass Mlk 100mg 1-AD, 300mg 4-AD, 2 Multi-Vitamins
No working out.. today was suposed to be leg day, but due to lower back strain, and overall lack of energy today, I did not work out.. will work out on sat.

Note: Lower back in a lot of pain still.. trying to stretch it out.. the shitty breakfast was becuase we had a departmental breakfast. shitty lunch because old co-worker came and brought me out to lucnh.. GOD DAMN THESE DEVILS. Today was another not so good day for diet.. like the last day.. HOWEVER.. I have a 3.5 day weekend coming up.. (would be 4 days but I have to interview someone on Tuesday). So yeah.. I should be right back on the diet.. oh and the weather is shitty and it is colder then fuck.. so going to make working out in the rain a bit hard.. thank you sweatshops for my sweater.

Overall note on the day, was not the best day.. was really dissapointed in my diet etc.. but there were many things out of my computer like departmental breakfast, ex-coworker lunch, fiancee's b-day, 1.5 hour traffic (that just wears you out)

Day 6 Feb 18th

4PM 2 Can Tuna, 1tbsp Full Fat Mayo, 1/2 Cp Spinach mixed together.. HOLY SHIT WAS THAT GOOD.
4:15PM Water mixed w/ 5g L-Glutamine, 300mg 4-AD start stretching in 15 minutes to workout.

Slept 5am (OUCH).

Note: Had a hard time sleeping last night, slept on and off and tossed and turned a whole lot. Then when I fell back asleep cat attacked me. May consider picking up sleep aid pills, but have to pick up FIancee and her friends at the bar tonight (im not allowed there since I KTFO'ed someone 2 months ago.

Workout was pretty good, had to do front squats in the rain, and wasn't able to bring my bench in to do leg lifts since my bench was all wet.. did some lunges and more front squats.. (man I haven't worked out my legs in a LOOOOONG time.. ).

Note: was a good workout, but nothing awesomely special, need to split the shoulders from my chest day.. I felt more fatigue then normal w/ less weight .

Also, need to go to big 5 and pick up olympic weight sized dumbells (I know they have them.. should have gotten them when I saw them around christmas.. but I couldn't work out at that time due to a broken knuckle).
