Double Js LOG

An introduction: I am 16 years old in High school. I have been training for a few months but never strict, I did everything from full-body to beach workouts to bodybuilding like workouts and recently I started a strength and power training.

I workout 3 times a week doing strength training. As I said I am young that it's hard for me to go to gyms also because of school and other things. I've always wanted to be a fighter, as I cant fight now, I will get myself ready developing strength/power and size till when I reach 18.
I train at home with a home-gym machine which means I sometimes use my imagination for compund lifts. I do cardio 2-3 times a week, not something I want to focus on right now. All my cardio work will be at school, non-home because it's enough that we have 2-3 times a week PE.

I eat pretty clean 5 times a day. I DONT count calories because I dont know how much of this and that i am getting. I just eat for the sake of it. I am looking to gain weight but do this slowly.

I am 5"9 178 lbs right now. I am planning to go up to 185 but again, I dont want this to happen fast.

I will post my training regimen of the day I train. I am now off for several days.

What kind of stuff do you have to work with at home? Your school should have BB's, are there times you can strength train there?

Full-body machine at home, I know this is kind of sloppy but I do my best.

No we don't have BB's, I am from Qtar and it is rare to find training facilities in schools.

All we have is a baskteball court and there we do cardio (basketball, other team sports)

I dont like any of em, but i chose to do PE gsce, therefore its a must. ALL FOR THE GRADES BRO!
