^Thanks Cody, good read. I planned to attack it with movement next week, probably light DB benching. The 3 sets of 25 sounds good. Also I will use a lot of band traction which works miracles if you do it hard enough. It's not severe and I don't plan on stopping all other movements. As far as ice, I'm not a big believer in it, though some people like Ripp are.

We have a reverse hyper. I just lay across it and do them without adding weight for recovery means.

8/3/08 - Sunday - Sheiko #37 Week 2 Day 1

Squat:
235x5
285x4x2
330x3x2
375x2x5

Press:
105x5
125x4
150x3x2
170x2x6

Bench Press:
135x10x5

DB Row:
95x10x5

Squat:
255x3
305x3
355x3x4

Good Morning:
175x5x5

Time: 2:00

Great session today. I filmed a few squat sets to check form and depth and it all looked grand. My pec feels 10 times better, but when I stretch it hard I can feel a tight spot where it strained. I just did some light sets to keep the groove fresh.

Since you haven't been lifting for a while I would first test to see where your lifts are unless you think you can guess pretty well. Then I would download Mitten's spreadsheet and start with 29 or 37.
