Don't make me angry, you won't like me when I'm angry
Hi everybody,
I just turned 16 about a week and a half ago, and I'm really serious about training now. Comments, complaints and concerns all welcome.
Goals
Get as strong and lean as possible
Become the best wrestler I can be
Do a pull-up
weight is around 225lbs. with high bf% at 5'10".
trying to get to at least 189 by mid-end December if possible.
Weightlifting is M/W/F split.
Cardo includes sprints, kettlebells, barbell complexes, LSD and other things.
Grip training will be done on Mondays and Fridays. Levering and wrist roller some other time in the week
So come on in and post, keep me motivated.
