Don't make me angry, you won't like me when I'm angry

Hi everybody,

I just turned 16 about a week and a half ago, and I'm really serious about training now. Comments, complaints and concerns all welcome.

Goals
Get as strong and lean as possible
Become the best wrestler I can be
Do a pull-up

weight is around 225lbs. with high bf% at 5'10".
trying to get to at least 189 by mid-end December if possible.

Weightlifting is M/W/F split.

Cardo includes sprints, kettlebells, barbell complexes, LSD and other things.

Grip training will be done on Mondays and Fridays. Levering and wrist roller some other time in the week

So come on in and post, keep me motivated.

Good luck man. What are your best lifts? Any videos?

For Monday 8/24

Deadlift
95 x 10
135 x 5
185 x 5
225 x 3
275 x 1
285 x 1
290 x 1

This was my first day of lifting since i have been on vacation for a week. Couldn't go any higher since i only have 290 lbs of weight in my garage.

Barbell complex

Evening
Kettlebells
2 handed KB swings 16kg 10 x 2
KB snatch 16kg 5 each side
20kg 10 x 2 each side
2 handed swings 20 kg 10
28kg 10 x 2, 20 x 1

For Thursday 8/27

Morning
Squat
45 x 10 x 2
135 x 5
165 x 5
185 x 5
205 x 3

Ohp
45 x 10

Didn't want to go to heavy on the squats because of a knee problem I've had since wrestling season. Stopped OHP early because left shoulder

Evening
Sprints
5 min jog warm-up
100 meter sprint x 1
200 meter sprint x 4

Thanks man. I have never really tested my lifts, but squats and deads are my favorite. No videos because no camera.

Morning: Stationary bike. 5 miles medium resistance

Afternoon:

Kettlebells
2 handed swings 16kg 20 x 2
Snatches
16kg 10 each side
20 kg 10 x 2 each
28 kg 2 x 2 each
High pulls 28 kg 10 x 2 each
2 handed swings 20 x 2
