Super duper bench day. Lifted yesterday too but that was squats and cleans and such, also set a new PR with one handed barbell press (120 lbs).

Because of scheduling stuff, decided to do predominately upper body lifts today.

Pre-workout-

1st set- 5 x 135 lbs
2nd set- 5 x 135 lbs
3rd set- 5 x 155 lbs
4th set- 5 x 185 lbs
5th set- 5 x 215 lbs
6th set- 5 x 220 lbs
7th set- 5 x 220 lbs
8th set- 5 x 225 lbs
9th set- 4 x 230 lbs

Nice!

Weighted Chins-
1st set- BW x 6
2nd set- 5 x 55 lbs
3rd set- 3 x 70 lbs
4th set- 3 x 80 lbs
5th set- 2 x 90 lbs
6th set- 2 x 90 lbs

5 sets of dips.

4th set- 3 x 135 lbs
5th set- 2 x 150 lbs
6th set- 2 x 155 lbs

8th set- 1 x 160 lbs (went a lot better than the previous)

Snatch grip deadlift-
1st set- 5 x 225 lbs
2nd set- 5 x 255 lbs
3rd set- 5 x 275 lbs
4th set- 5 x 315 lbs
5th set- 4 x 315 lbs

Lunges- did from starting position to garage door
2 sets of 135 lbs
1 set of 155 lbs
1 set- 185 lbs

I wasnt going to log any workouts because Im on break and Im lazy, but this was a good one.

Pre-workout-
Sugar Free rockstar (I always kick ass on these things)

Workout-

Bench-
1st set- 5 x 135 lbs (really did not feel like these were going to go awesome)
2nd set- 5 x 135 lbs
3rd set- 5 x 155 lbs
4th set- 5 x 185 lbs (feeling a little better)
5th set- 5 x 215 lbs
6th set- 5 x 225 lbs
7th set- 4 x 235 lbs (nice)
8th set- 4 x 235 lbs (super nice)
9th set- 3 x 250 lbs (super duper fucken nice. Definitely a PR)

Weighted Chins-
1st set- BW x ??
2nd set- 3 x 60 lbs
3rd set- 3 x 75 lbs
4th set- 3 x 75 lbs
5th set- 2 x 90 lbs
6th set- 2 3/4 x 90 lbs

Dips and leg press to finish up.

I squatted yesterday, thought Id do some light recovery work. Working out hypertrophy sets for squats (sets of 8+)

Another good lifting day.

Pre-workout-
Another rockstar

Workout-

Clean & Press-
1st set- 3 x 135 lbs
2nd set- 3 x 135 lbs
3rd set- 3 x 155 lbs
4th set- 3 x 175 lbs
5th set- 1 x 205 lbs

Followed with a bunch of singles of 215, some went well, others... not.

Tried 225, fail. Not too discouraged though, got several other good reps.

Squats-
1st set- 5 x 185 lbs
2nd set- 5 x 185 lbs
3rd set- 5 x 225 lbs
4th set- 4 x 275 lbs
5th set- 3 x 295 lbs (awesome)
6th set- 3 x 295 lbs
7th set- 2 x 300 lbs (also awesome)

Back was bothering me, decided to forego the last set.

5 sets of chins.

Getting my mind off worrying about fighting and some extra eating has really helped.

9th set- 0 x 290 lbs (soon... soon)

5 sets of bodyweight dips- 10-15 reps

Weighted chins-
1st set- BW x 8
2nd set- 60 lbs x 5
3rd set- 60 lbs x 5
4th set- 75 lbs x 3
5th set- 75 lbs x 3
6th set- 85 lbs x 3

Several sets of dumbbell snatches. Worked up to several singles of 100 lbs.

Good lifting session, thought it would go worse because I drank last night. Got shot down by a female I have a thing for.... wasnt the worst rejection ever I guess, but demoralizing. Maybe that fueled the workout.

Pre-workout-

Peri-workout-
gatorade powder + leucine (finally decided to order some)

Workout-

Deadlift- was a little hesitant after hurting my back a few weeks ago, but it went great after a lot of warming up.

1st set- 3 x 365 lbs
2nd set- 3 x 385 lbs
3rd set- 3 x 405 lbs
4th set- 3 x 410 lbs
5th set- 3 x 410 lbs

One handed clean and press-
1st set- 3 x 95 lbs
2nd set- 3 x 95 lbs
3rd set- 3 x 105 lbs
4th set- 3 x 105 lbs
5th set- 4 x 110 lbs (PR)

My right arm is far more stable than my left... maybe dislocating your shoulder makes your shoulder less stable.

Finished with lunges across the garage with 135 lbs and 155 lbs + some chins.

Great workout. O ya, fuck females.

First logged workout in awhile, Iv been in the gym, just been playing so much fallout 3 that I havent really done other stuff on the computer.

Pre-workout-

Front squats-
1st set- 5 x 135 lbs
2nd set- 5 x 135 lbs
3rd set- 5 x 185 lbs
4th set- 3 x 225 lbs
5th set- 3 x 245 lbs
6th set- 3 x 245 lbs
7th set- 2 x 255 lbs
8th set- 3 x 255 lbs

Snatches-
1st set- 3 x 95 lbs
2nd set- 3 x 115 lbs
3rd set- 3 x 135 lbs

Several singles of 145, 155, worked up to 165. Got 165 but it was sloppy.

Finished with 4 sets of 165 lb powercleans at about 8-10 reps. Solid workout
