Diet/Training Log for BJJ
I am going to enroll in a BJJ school over the summer and I want to get in good shape to make the most out of my limited ammount of time I will have.
Goals:
Keep a good diet
Strength train at gym 3-5 times a week
Cardio 3-5 times a week, starting at 15 minutes adding 5 minutes a week
Pushups/ Situps and Yoga every day
I am going to start today so I will update later.
