Deadlift 500 Pounds or Benny Podda?


New log. Bodyweight 124 kilos.

PR's now:
5*170k Touch 'n Go Deadlift
1*190k Deadlift

6*112,5k Full Squat
1*140k Full Squat
20*100k Full Squat

Belt on all of those. I have knee & wrist wraps but haven't used them. All overheads and my bench press are less than 200 pounds.

I'm thinking maybe I should train my nuts like Benny? Westside, Sheiko or Smolov, I don't know..

I'm planning on focusing my energy to pulling, pressing and squatting atleast a few times every week and leave isolation to days like these when I have to wait for my buddy to finish his training.

Chest-Supported Dumbbell Row 3 sets high reps

Press Tried wrist wraps for the first time. Less than minute of rest between sets.
3x50
3x50
5x50

Heaves 100k for many singles and with short rest. Hook Grip.

DeFranco ab circuit , one round. Killed me and I only did 10 reps each. I'd like 20 reps each with 25k by the end of this year. Now using 20k.

Hell's Angels Tarps here I come.
