A little background info about me. Found this web site a year ago, read the FAQ, and learned how to actually lift. Unfortunately I got too excited and bounced around between 5x5, Starting Strength, WS4SB, etc. and made less progress that I could have than if I just stuck with one until it has ran its course. This summer, I made a commitment to stick to one program for at least three months, and after three months of Starting Strength, I'm starting to see better progress than before. Still pretty f-n weak, but I'm in it for the long haul anyways. So here goes...

Stats
Age: 21 Height: 5'8'' Weight: ~185lbs
Squat: 240 5RM (as of 10/9/09)
Bench: 205 1RM (as of 2/12/09)
Deadlift: 335 5RM (as of 10/9/09)
OHP: 135 5RM (as of 10/12/09)
Power Clean: 165 3RM (as of 10/7/09)
Chins: 13 reps at BW (as of 10/12/09)

Goals
Maybe get down to 165ish, but for now just staying below 200
Squat: 315
Bench: 225
Deadlift: 405
OHP: 185
Power Clean: 225
Chins: 20 reps at BW or 90lb weighted
Eventually get back into BJJ soon and try for tournaments around spring or summer next year, or possibly even a blue belt would be nice too...

Schedule
Mon. Squat 3x5, Press 3x5, Chins 3xf
Tues. Power Clean 5x3, conditioning
Thur. Squat 3x5, Bench 3x5, Pull ups 3xf
Fri. Deadlift 5x1, conditioning

Warm-up

Quick bike trip to the gym, about mile and a half, plus some dynamic stretching.

Squat


45x5x4
95x5
135x5
185x3
225x1

OHP

135x5x3 (PR)

Chins

BWx13(PR),10,7

Felt really weak on squats today, so I just warmed up before my target weight (245) today. On OHP I felt really strong though. Last time I did OHP I was doing 130 for sets of 3, and it felt heavy. These just felt really light today. Chins as well, last couple of weeks I only worked them like, 2-3 times, and I didn't max out. Just 10 sets of 5 throughout the day.
