Nutrition Update:
Just ordered two tubs of Syntha-6 slow release protein for morning, and night time shakes. Will update accordingly.
Beta-Alanine seems to be working great, i get a very strange tingling feeling that others seem to also get so i'll hopefully get over it. It helped me deadlift a +20 to my last PR.
Thinking about adding two supplements to my stack: ZMA and Greens+, any thoughts?

update, been a while since i've trained, had a football game on sunday, had DOMS all over my core/legs since. I haven't ran like that in ages. Planning on training tomorrow if I feel up to it. Hopefully all i needed was two days of rest. Upped my fish oil intake to 6 capsules of 180/180 a day.
