Picked up a nice cheap bottle of fish oil, we'll see how that works out. Thanks man.

IMO i would drop the pulldowns, i think its more of a bodybuilder mentality to use machines first especially pulldowns. id start off with rows first tho IMO theyre supposed to be the bread and butter of the back workouts other than deadlifts, and followed by pull ups. and rows dont fatigue you too much for pull ups. i used to be big into the bodybuilder action too. it took a while to break out. but i like the log in general, we do have pretty similar lifts. do you lift before or after training? or just the days you take off? cause sometimes ai can lift after training and then sometimes im just whiped

Yeah, i used to be big into the bodybuilder mentality, separating muscles by their exercises and looking for symmetry and all that shit. Now I'm basically looking to gain strength. Well today i'm gonna start with BOR's, switch to DL, Pullups, then see if i can do any machine work. I try to take 2-3 days off minimum a week and I don't train when i'm at home only when i'm at school, so technically i'm a pure lifter right now.

Hit a +5 PR for BOR's, and a +10 PR for DL's yesterday... pretty stoked. My entire back region including lower back is hurting so i'll table my leg workout for this weekend sometime, probably Sunday.

Hit my PR with Squats but instead of doing a 1RM max, repped it twice and got sat on the third. I see gains in my future...
Been recovering from the squats for the past two days, ready to get back at it with Bench Press today. Goal is +10 PR, even if it costs me 1 or 2 reps.

Hit my goal of +10PR for bench press! Instead of doing 175x5 forced myself to hit 185x5. The last rep was what killed it for me, after that i tried a genuine Keith Wassung power cage tricep exercise but failed miserably, chest couldn't hold the 135.

Picked up fish oil today, we'll see how that fares compared to my previous Flax.
