Get some fish oil. It's one of the most essential supplements to take imo..take it in place of flax.

No worries bro. Keep training hard and eventually your body and lifts will adjust.

Chest today- workout scheme as follows:
Bench Press
Incline DBP
Flat Bench Flyes
Shrugs

high reps scheme again this week for chest presses, hoping to squeeze out a new 1RM for BP. Diet continues, had a cheat day two days ago, eating some pizza and two sodas. Dropped NO-Xplode from my supplements (ran out, not buying anymore) instead I'm taking caffeine and protein pre-workout, and then protein immediately post-workout.

Caffeine not working out as planned, need to bump it up to about 1.5cup coffee pre-workout, looking for nice caffiene pills in the meantime.

Two days ago, tied my 1RM after two working sets of BP, thats a major gain imo. Subbed out Flyes for a chest machine, worked it to overload and killed my chest and triceps. Took the day off yesterday to get some energy for today's back workout. Ended up playing home run derby on a local little league field with a few friends, its good fun to blast homers and try to rob homers for a few hours. Ended up getting 8 hours of sleep, perfect.

Workout Regimen:

Lat Pulldown warmup set
Lat pulldown working sets
Seated Cable Row working sets
Barbell Row working sets
Pull Ups 5 sets to failure

If someone is knocking fish oil, make a note to yourself not to listen to anything else they tell you.
Flax oil isn't bad, but it's inferior to fish oil. You'd be much better off if you put your money into fish oil instead of flax oil.
