cXs808's Training Log (Lifting)

New to this online training log, so forgive me if mines a little retarded...
I've been lifting for a good 3 years, on and off. My original goals for lifting used to be bodybuilding and all that other vain crap but now i care much more about strength and conditioning than looks. Sports that I used to play include Soccer and Baseball. I guess I was never big enough to play Football in HS.

Name: Kellen
Height: 5'7"
Weight: ~150
Work: Broke College Student (LMU)
Goals of Lifting: Strength, Power, Speed, Conditioning
All lifts are RAW, I do not use gloves/straps/shirts/belts/braces of any kind. I guess I'm a purist if you could call it that.

Wilks: 234.467

(9-30-08)
Current PRs:(all in lbs)
Bench Press: 205
Squat: 235
Deadlift: 330
Shrug: 225x6

Goals:
Bench Press: 225
Squat: 225 Hit on 9-14-08
Squat: 265
Deadlift: 250 Hit on 9-1-08
Deadlift: 315 Hit on 10-11-08
Deadlift: 365
Shrug: 275x5
Press: 135
Dips: 30
Pullups: 15

Supplements:
Syntha-6 in the morning and night.
Vitamin C
Costco Performance Multi
Fish Oil (six servings of 180mg EPA/DHA a day)
Greens+
Beta Alanine
ZMA
True Protein custom PWO formula low GI

I'll be using this log to keep track of key changes in lifts, PR's, and diet

so, first day into my training log and it was a rest day. Ate 5 solid meals and cheated a little bit at night, drank 3 beers and took a bong rip. All in all a pretty decent rest day except that i only got a little under 7 hours of sleep. Probably detrimental to my training today, but i'll live.

Today at the gym i'm doing back, hopefully I can make some big gains on my rows, I've been feeling good with BORs and barbell rows lately.
Gonna start with seated cable rows after my warmup and hopefully my sets will look like this:
70x15 warmup
100x10
120x8
160x5
170x3
170x3

update after the gym.

Few good gains today:
seated close grip cable rows
160x6
170x4
+10 PR

shrugs
225x6 twice
this is basically a PR for me, haven't been able to do that in a few weeks now

looking forward to my dinner of beef cabbage and rice!

Dude you bench more than you deadlift? I guess life could be worse.... actually I take that back. Life can't be worse.

i had a knee injury a year ago, wasn't able to work on DL and Squats, thus the reason they are currently so low. My legs are basically in lifting rehab, hopefully i can get everything back up to 205

Damn, I really cant imagine myself benching more than I can Squat or Deadlift. It just doesnt compute in my head.
