I can't believe you keep track of everything you eat, that's fuckin intense. Good luck with the yoga. Personally I hate the stuff. If you want to be flexible, why not do the stretches you learned in gym class? If your kid sees you doin that gay yoga shit, it's gonna ruin him for life.

Good point. That's why if I do it, I'll wake up early in the morning. That way he won't be ashamed of his old man! And, about being hungry, it's a constant thing for me.

You could just do it in the end of your lifting sessions, or whenever you have time. I think it would be best to do it at least twice a week though.
