Weds 8/6

730: 2 eggs over-easy, whole wheat bagel, raspberry juice

815: lift
bench press 135 1x10, 185 3x6, 205 1x6, 135 1x10
sohp 3X10 @ 95, 1x10 @105
BOR 3x12 @ 95
french press 3x12 w/ 35lb dbell
run 1 mile in 8 min flat

9:15 - whey shake

12:30 - spinach salad and peanut butter and jelly - i was out of my tomato dressing so i had to use someone's ceasar dressing - like twice the calories and shit, but c'est la vie...

330: (planned) 1 cup cottage cheese, crackers

6:30 (planned) turkey and cheddar on wheat

7:30 Gi Training -

been on vacation lately, let's see...

Thurs 8/7

run 4 miles @ 9 min pace

Fri 8/8
lift
Squat 135x15, 185x10, 225x8 315x3 135x10
dumbell rows 4x10 at 45
french press 3x12 @ 35
superset leg curls, extension 3x12 each
5x50 crunches

Sun 8/10
run 35 minutes outside

Mon 8/17
run 3.5 miles, first mile slow, last 2.5 in fast/slow intervals

Pretty much ate like shit on vacation, but only am 1 lb heavier than when I left which is well within the margin for hydration, etc.
will lift tonight and get back into gi training.
