Brute Camp

Greetings fellow strength enthusiasts,
My original plan was to create my training log on Sunday, but I didn't take into consideration how long the initiation process; joining Sherdog, would take. So now it is Tuesday morning, after waking up from what was supposed to be a power nap, but turned into a little under seven hours of sleep. So without further ado...

Height: 5'6"
Weight: 148lbs.
Body Fat: 8-10%

Current Statistics: Strength
Deadlift: 325lbs.
Back Squat: 255lbs.
Bench Press: 165lbs.
B.O.R.: 185lbs.

Dip: +25lbs. x 10 rep.
Chin: +35lbs. x 10 rep.
G.H.R.: +45lbs. x 10 rep.
R.C. Sit Up: +35lbs. x 10 rep.

Turkish Get Up: 50lb. K.B. (Bottoms Up)

C.O.C.: #2 (Both Hands)

Current Statistics: Power
Tire Flip: 400lbs. x 4 in 15 sec.
Vertical Jump: 26"

Current Statistics: Endurance
Suicides (10 yrd., 20 yrd., 30 yrd., 20 yrd., 10 yrd.): 23 sec.
Mile: 8 min.
Sled Drag (20 yrds. & back with 45lbs.): 18 sec.
Sand Bag Medley (50lb., 75lb., 100lb., 125lb., 150lb. for 20 yrd.): 1 min. 38 sec.
Dips: 18 rep.
Chins: 28 rep.
Squats: 50+ rep.

Goal Statistics: Strength (2010)
Deadlift: 385lbs.
Back Squat: 295lbs.
Bench Press: 185lbs.
B.O.R.: 205lbs.

Dip: +45lbs. x 10 rep.
Chin: +55lbs. x 10 rep.
G.H.R.: +65lbs. x 10 rep.
R.C. Sit Up: +55lbs. x 10 rep.

G.p.p.

I am currently about to end my eight week G.P.P. cycle. My G.P.P. micro cycles look like this...

General Physical Preparation
Sunday: Active Recovery
Monday: Body Weight Circuit
Tuesday: Active Recovery
Wednesday: Body Weight Circuit
Thursday:Active Recovery
Friday:Body Weight Circuit
Saturday: Conditioning

The goal of my G.P.P. cycle was to increase my work capacity, flexibility, & relative body strength. While rehabilitating injuries & correcting muscle imbalances.

So far so good...

I am so excited, I can't wait to start lifting again.
