January conditioning challenge got 10 rounds
pull-ups killed my time.
sledge work tabata intervals (20lb sledge)

I didn't get to do the hill sprints I wanted to because of school and trying to finish this one job by the end of the week. But will do them tomorrow. That and some lifting.

30 min run consisting jogging, one legged hops, two legged hops, backwards running, high knees, etc. Just mixing it up so I don't get bored of running around the track.
